New Vision Cleaning Services keeps new construction and commercial sites inspection-ready across Tennessee. We're licensed, insured, and ready to work.
Our vision is to provide dependable, high-quality cleaning services that transform every property into a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming space. We aim to build lasting relationships through honest communication, attention to detail, and results our clients can trust-from commercial facilities to newly completed construction projects.
We clean to the standard that gets your project past walkthrough, not just past a quick look.
We shift our schedule around your build timeline so your site is ready when you need it.
Licensed and insured, we follow safe practices on every job site we step onto.
Katrina is on every jobsite, ensuring complete accountability for all workers and consistent quality from initial assessment to final walkthrough. With her oversight, every detail is checked, every issue is addressed on the spot, and nothing is left to chance before the site is handed over.
Contractors and property managers rely on New Vision Cleaning Services to deliver clean, inspection-ready sites. Here's what they say about working with us.
New Vision came in and handled the final clean on our new build. Walked through with our own eyes after, not a speck of dust left. They get it.

We've used their team for our property turnovers. Every unit comes back move-in ready, exactly what our tenants expect. Dependable and detail-oriented.

They came out and knocked out a punch list cleanup plus some light hauling. Showed up when they said, got it done, kept the site safe. Would book again.
